PropFinds is an information service. It is not an estate agent, broker, sourcing agent or adviser, does not act for a buyer or a seller, and never charges a fee tied to a completed transaction. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. Outreach credits pay for drafting and posting your letter. They do not expire, are not transferable, and any unused balance stays on your account if you cancel or change plan. Subscriptions and credit packs are digital services supplied immediately, so you will be asked at checkout to confirm you want supply to start straight away and that you accept this ends your 14-day right to cancel for the part already supplied.
