The property ownership data on this platform is derived from HM Land Registry's UK companies that own property in England and Wales dataset (formerly CCOD). Information produced by HM Land Registry. © Crown copyright 2026. Company details come from Companies House public data.
HM Land Registry licenses that data to PropFinds on terms we have to pass on to you. By using this platform you agree that you will not use data obtained from PropFinds to:
- Republish, sell, license or distribute the raw property ownership data as a standalone dataset or service — that is, without substantial enhancement or added value.
- Conduct direct marketing campaigns. This includes contacting registered proprietors in bulk to offer goods or services, and using the data to build marketing lists outside this platform.
- Use the data for any purpose that is contrary to any law or regulation.
- Present out-of-date information as current.
- Mislead others, or misrepresent HM Land Registry or the data.
Your use of the outreach tool is permitted solely for individual, subscriber-initiated enquiries about specific companies you have identified through your own research on this platform. Each outreach action is your own communication, sent on your own behalf. PropFinds provides the tool and the publicly available registered office address; it does not act as your agent, broker or intermediary.
HM Land Registry may audit how this data is used. We are required to keep a record of who has accepted these terms — your name, contact details and IP address — and to make that record available to HM Land Registry or its auditor for compliance and fraud-prevention purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
